❄️Okie Igloo Village – Frequently Asked Questions

1. How do I check in for my igloo?
All guests check in inside our Santa Shoppe with the Hostess upon arrival. You’ll be given a key to your reserved igloo. Please arrive promptly at your scheduled time.

2. How warm are the igloos?
Our igloos are thermal-heated, and can feel up to 30 degrees warmer than the outside temperature. They stay cozy on chilly winter nights, but may feel toasty on mild days—dress in layers for comfort.

3. Can we bring our own food and drinks?
Yes! Outside food and drinks are welcomed and encouraged. Whether you want to enjoy pizza, cider, or holiday potluck favorites, you’re welcome to bring them along.

4. Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are permitted at Okie Igloo Village, but they must remain leashed while on site.

5. What happens if we leave our igloo?
You’ll receive a key at check-in. Please lock your igloo if you step away to keep your belongings safe. All keys must be returned to the Hostess at check-out.

6. How long do we get our igloo?
Each reservation is for a 2 hour duration. We kindly ask guests to be mindful of their end time so our team can prepare for the next group.

7. How many people fit in an igloo?
Each igloo has a 10 guest capacity to ensure everyone is comfortable and safe. For more guests we suggest a secondary Igloo! (Check our map for which themes are side by side)

8. Can we rearrange the igloos?
The igloos come fully decorated for the season to keep the magical holiday atmosphere consistent. For safety, decorations and furniture should remain as provided.

9. What should we bring?
You’re welcome to bring food, games, gift exchanges, simple crafts, and cozy extras like blankets or holiday treats. Many guests bring board games, ornaments, or even devotional activities to make their gathering extra special.

10. What about weather?
No refunds are permitted. Refunds will only be considered if Okie Igloo Village is forced to close due to extreme conditions such as below-freezing temperatures, icy, hazardous road conditions, or other safety concerns. (This is at our discretion.) Rainchecks will be issued to reschedule pending availability.

11. Is parking available?
Yes, parking is available nearby. Please allow extra time during peak holiday hours and downtown events.

12. Is smoking or vaping allowed?
For the comfort of all guests, smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the igloos.

13. What if I need to cancel?
We understand the holidays are busy and getting everyone together can be tough. We are happy to offer you a raincheck to reschedule at your convenience, pending availability. Unfortunately, no refunds are permitted.
